Ideal tenant is a church going gentleman 60 years or older, who doesn't play loud music or the tv loud. as the sound travels here, so someone of quiet sober habits with no dogs or cats.

the existing tentant regularly has her close friend and family for lunch or dinner, and there are no problems with that, but if you are someone who wants to have drinking braai's with groups of people, even without music, this place is not for you !
