On 30 November 2022 I was supposed to go for check up @ springs clinlc. The service that I got was nonsense due to skip my date. I did not expect them to treat me like stupid asking about positive patient. I dont know if its right to say that to a person that is sick. I dont want to go there anymore, those girls are out of control.

On the 26 November 2021 I went to Springs clinic to renew my medication at about 12:57 I were told the nurses who were suppose to help me have gone home already because its Friday. I were surprised because I thought the clinic closes at 16:00. I'm totally not happy because I have to spend money again to go back to the clinic. I suspected they left to enjoy Black Friday shopping sprees. My opinion is that a fraud case should be opened against them as they will be paid for work they did not do by leaving the clinic before time. I'm very much unhappy and dismayed by seeing professionals who dodge their duties while they get paid.

I'm really not happy about the service, the staff is rude and bossy. They are lazy to work and inconsiderate. Sad I called their landland just for clarity but the phone kept ringing and ringing like there was no one at the reception. Very bad, poorest service ever. I really feel they can do better and learn to treat people with dignity and respect.
