Bushbuckridge home affairs has bad service especially the securities, they're not working well with people and not guiding nor addressing the people properly. People collapse at their gates because of the long queues and waiting. I had to wait the whole day without being assisted and was told to come back the following day. Please introduce the system of booking appointments online for this branch, perhaps there might be changes. I would recommend people to consider using other branches than this one.
