I have been battling since December for the return of my money that paid for a return Delta bus ticket CT to Jhb as the Bus DID NOT pitch, going up, and when I went to catch the same bus on the return journey, again the Bus DID NOT PITCH. As a pension losing this money is a hardship. Some passengers at CT station had been waiting since the day before and they were so angry they called SAPS. But the Delta staff just locked their doors. This resulted in buying another ticket on another liner. All I want is my money back. One lady from Delta did phone me, but she ended up threatening me, for what. Please help me get my money back.

It is for first and last time using this delta bus. The bus was scheduled to live Bloemfontein at 23:05 pm and arrive in jobg 04:45 am, instead we left Bloemfontein at 23.42 and arrive in jobg 03:20 am. The driver was driving reckless. To top that on the arrival in jobg pack station we were not allowed to enter pack station until 05:00 am.

I have no words to describe the pathetic, disgusting, and horrible experience we had with Dela Bus.
The people operating this bus company are not human; they treat their customers like animals.
If I could give negative stars, I would give minus stars to them.
So, the circumstances that happened to me are as follows:
I am Sri Lankan and traveled to Cape Town. Then, I booked a bus to visit Grahamstown from Delta Coach.
Our bus was supposed to leave Cape Town at 6:00 PM for Grahamstown. We were there before 6 PM. Lots of people were waiting, but there was no way to find our bus. My wife, daughter, and I waited in the queue. Then they said, "This one is for JHB. Please wait."
Okay, we waited another 30 minutes. Another bus came for Grahamstown. Then they said they could not go to Grahamstown just for four people. We had to wait until 10 PM for another bus that never came.
That's how these people treat their customers.
Since no bus came, I asked several times from the brainless idiot at the ticket point. He had no idea. Says wait.. Wait for how long...? No answer..
Then they put us on a bus going to Queenstown because the operators at the CPT stand just wanted to send us somewhere and clean their hand.
That bus was like hell, like a garbage truck. Very unpleasant, not clean, and the seats were broken.
We arrived in Queenstown and booked an again Intercape bus from there to Grahamstown. That bus was very clean, and they did a professional job.
Finally, we spent extra money on a taxi from Queenstown to Grahamstown. It took more than one day for a trip that normally takes only 11 hours with Intercape.
Never use these guys. Never.
I wish a natural death for this company.
If this is the way you treat tourists visiting this country, God bless South Africa.
